Empowered Allied Health is focused on improving the lives of individuals and empowering them to reach their full potential. We pride ourselves on implementing a client-centred approach to our therapy and giving clients choice and freedom over their lives. We take a wholistic and collaborative approach, understanding that their are many stakeholders and parties involved in the lives and care of our clients.
About the director
Hey! I'm Emma. I'm an Occupational Therapist with experience in disability, paediatrics, adult, community care, aged care, injury management and return to work.
I'm passionate about all things health and wellness and have a deep sense of purpose empowering others to achieve their goals.
I graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2017. In 2020, I moved to the Northern Territory to broaden my experience. While there, I found that I could make more of a difference for my clients by working for myself, so I started Empower Allied Health in 2021. After having my son, I decided I wanted to be closer to family in Brisbane but still enjoy the laidback country lifestyle, so I decided to move to Gympie!
